My coworkers and I recently got the chance to have our team dinner here and it was awesome! We were able to make a reservation for 5 earlier in the week without any issues and even though it was pretty crowded, the servers we still super friendly and quick with our food and drinks. To start things off, I ordered the La Flaca which was like a smokey pear type margarita with mezcal in it. It also had a smoke bubble on it which was a really cool touch for the meal. Loved it! Definitely could of drank and enjoyed everything on that drink menu too! Since this place serves tapas, we split: -Empanadas filled with roasted chicken and served with spicy aioli always hits the spot! -Patatas Bravas are crispy potatoes topped with aioli are always a MUST! Do not skip out on these! -Pan con Tomate are kinda like a Spanish version of tomato toast. Light, simple and delicious! -Ham Croquetas served with creamy aioli are also a must! I could of probably eaten the whole plate to myself. -Brussels sprouts with aged cheese, basil oil and lemon-honey dressing helped cut some of the richness of the other dishes which was great! -Paella Mixta which has pork, chicken, shrimp and octopus which was great! I wish the paella didn't take so long, but it was totally worth the wait. Great vibes and even better food!

Teleferic Barcelona is one of my fave restaurants in the bay everrrr, but the portions have seemingly gotten significantly smaller over the last year or so. Still love it, but is definitely more of a splurge now. I always make reservations because Teleferic is busy at all times. Reservations are very easy to get online on OpenTable if you plan ahead enough. Some favorites of mine are the tuna tacos, the ham croquettes and of course, their paella. While i am unfortunately allergic to shellfish, they have other options I am able to eat! Their iberico pork paella is my absolute go to. As mentioned, the portions have gotten much smaller. Previously, the paella had a much thicker layer and a more generous helping of the primary meat (pork in my case). My last visit, the portions were definitely disappointing. This doesnt mean the food isnt good or worth it anymore, but this does make it more of a nice to have meal vs a must have anytime I'm in town.

Probably THE best Spanish tapas in the Bay Area! Their paellas are authentic and delicious, but it will take them about 20 min to cook so make sure you put in the paella order as soon as you get seated. We ordered the paella mixta which is the meat & seafood combo; this is my fav combo. For the tapas, we went with their popular items. All excellent and savory. -Gambas Al Ajillo (big juicy & savory gulf shrimp). -Pulpo Telefèric (grilled giant octopus with the yummiest sauce). -Tuna Tacos (comes in 3 mini tacos and you just can't get enough of these) -Cauliflower (tasted like crisp veggie tempura) *They also have another location at Los Gatos.

Disclaimer: I have not been to Spain and had authentic paella from the source. However, I thought the paella here was incredible! I order it any time I see it on the menu and Teleferic's version is the best I've had. The flavors were complex and rich, and the proteins were cooked impeccably. I didn't know octopus could be so tender. Although the layer of rice looks disappointingly thin upon first bite, the dish is so rich that the portion size is appropriate. Service was great and the restaurant was so spacious and beautiful inside. I thought the tapas we ordered were okay. The patatas bravas could've been crispier and used more seasoning/sauce, and I couldn't taste the slice of tuna laid over the crab croquettes because the croquette overpowered it. I'd love to return with a larger group to try more dishes some time. Of course, we'll have to get a paella, too.

Well, after all these years, I finally got a chance to come try this place. I keep hearing good things about this place, but never found the time. I mean it's a tapas place so what can be so exciting about it? Before I start I gotta throw it out there that I just got back from Spain so I might be a little biased. It's Saturday night so I expected to be busy but not at 9:30 at night. Reservations for 9:15 PM and come to find out the entire restaurant is booked out for a party so we found ourselves seated outside. It was a bit chilly, although there was heaters, but didn't do too much to help us keep warm. We were seated fairly quick, but serviced took a little while to the point where I almost got up and left. I figure with the party going on, They were slower on service for the regular general public, but I don't see why that should affect it. AnyWho, we placed our order and it arrived pretty quick. Since it was late, no cocktails or drinks was ordered just focused on the food so I can get home and sleep. Have we ordered some meat, skewers, meatballs, potatoes, and some desserts with a tomato bread. It was quite tasty as far as the meat dishes, go, tender, and flavor for but not too much spices. As for the potatoes it was served inside a bowl, which made a very soft and soggy. I mean potato's bravas should be served on a plate and a little bit crispy which it wasn't. The remaining tomato bread and dessert was great as we finish it up, Paid the bill and left. Overall, I would say the food is good probably great but since I just came back from Spain, it's hard to compare. We did not have drinks so I can't count for that. Service with subpar I mean, they didn't come by to refill my water as yet they were so late to take our order. Food service came out quite fast so that's a plus. Prices are a little steep for the amount you get, but that's life and inflation. I might sit for back here again sometime in the future not sure exactly when but it won't be a priority. Maybe next time for drinks

I've been to Teleferic Barcelona a few times, and it's always a treat to come dine here! My favorites are the tuna tacos, pulpo teleferic, catalan tomahawk, bruselas, and their paella negra! We do change it up a bit each visit. My most recent visit was after some intense shopping on black Friday 11/30 and for my friends early birthday. We made reservations for our late lunch at 1:45pm, and good thing we did! It was busy. While making the reservation, I noticed that there was a Happy Hour, which is new and exciting. The advertisement was dated, so I'm assuming it's only for that day. While I went to use the restroom, my friend inquired about the Happy Hour menu and the server was kind of rude to her. He scoffed and asked her if she's ever been here before.... When I found out, I pulled up the webpage and showed him myself; he left, and came back with a HH menu. It sounds like not all staff were advised of this special. With the HH menu, we did try new things. I was not a fan of those new things (paella bomb lacked flavor, pan con tomate is exactly what it sounded like so it was underwhelming), but we did each get our own order of the tuna tacos! We also got drinks and I do love their sangria. Overall, I do really like this spot.

Second time here and enjoying it like it's my first. Every dish still amazes me. We asked for some surprise dishes to try new ones. the tapas are unique and presented nicely especially the Paella Bomb. The tapas are enough to fill me up. Service is good too. I love how our server interacted with us with questions of what's in the dishes, patiently explaining. We sat outside al fresco with heaters on and it's comfortable and definitely a California vibe. **I'm posting pictures of new dishes only to avoid duplications. We repeated some dishes which we can't miss like Iberian Oyster, Pulpo Teleferic, Gambas al Ajillo
